Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting: how to protect the table and gain availability
In thermal cutting on plasma and oxy-fuel tables, slag and spatter adhere to the slats, the parts and the table structure. Cleaning this adhesion consumes machine-down time, wears the table and, when the residue builds up, impairs the support of the sheet and the cutting quality. In intensive operation, this becomes an availability bottleneck.
A specific fluid for thermal cutting creates a barrier that prevents slag and spatter from adhering. The residue comes off easily, post-cut cleaning drops drastically and the table lasts longer. The gain is direct in availability: fewer stops for cleaning mean more cutting hours per shift on CNC machines.
JEFLUB's ADT 2.0 was developed for plasma, oxy-fuel and CNC cutting tables, protecting the table and maintaining productivity. Talk to the team for a demonstration on your cutting operation.
